Welcome to Spitfire-Games, an independent game development studio created and operated by DeadEagle. Our games are distributed through Steam and follow Steam platform terms and policies.
Access to our games is provided through Steam under the Steam Subscriber Agreement. This gives you a personal right to use the game for entertainment. Redistribution or commercial use of game files outside of Steam is not permitted without written permission.
Our games may communicate with custom Spitfire-Games backends to support features such as leaderboards and game progression. These systems only use the minimum data required for gameplay functionality. This can include a SteamID and Steam display name for identification within game features. We do not request data beyond what is necessary for the game to operate. Any personal data processed by Steam itself falls under Steam's own policies.
Game content such as characters, environments, audio and visual design is used under valid licenses and may include original work and licensed assets. Extracting, copying, redistributing, or reusing game assets outside of normal gameplay is not permitted. Players are welcome to stream, record, upload and monetize gameplay on platforms like YouTube or Twitch.
Players must follow the rules provided by Steam, including the Steam Subscriber Agreement and community guidelines. This includes fair play, respectful behaviour and avoiding the misuse of bugs or exploits in online modes.
